Un'azienda multinazionale nel settore sanitario cerca un/a Consumer Care Specialist per la sede di Bologna. Il candidato ideale avrà 1-2 anni di esperienza nella vendita telefonica e gestione della relazione con i clienti, preferibilmente in ambito sanitario. Questo ruolo prevede attività di assistenza tanto inbound quanto outbound, con focus sulla promozione dei servizi Coloplast. È richiesta una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e capacità di problem solving in un ambiente dinamico.
