What You Need to Be Successful
Master’s Degree in Automation Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Less than 18 months of professional experience
Fluency in English and Italian; a third language will be considered a plus
Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and trust with colleagues and stakeholders
Innate aptitude for teamwork
Personal drive and result orientation.
