What You Need to Be Successful   Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (e.g., Aerospace, Aeronautics, Robotics, etc.)
Less than 18 months of professional experience
Fluency in English and Italian; a third language is a plus
Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and trust with colleagues and stakeholders
Strong teamwork orientation
Personal drive and result orientation
