The Role Our Product team is growing! We’re looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Product Designer to join our team in London to help us scale outside of this role you will be responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer experiences across a broad portfolio of brands. You’ll help us with our user research and turn that insight into new experiences and improvements in existing ones.
You’ll work hand in hand with Product, Creative and Engineering teams to build solutions that allow us to scale our businesses.
Key Responsibilities Deeply understand Quantum business and the commercial and operational levers that allow it to be successful
Perform user research to get insight into our existing and potential customers through surveys, interviews and quantitative research methods
Work with Product teams on creation of UX briefs, Personas and documenting current user journeys
Create proposed sitemaps/information architecture and map new user journeys that meet the UX brief
Create wireframes and prototypes, help validate the proposed solutions through internal and external feedback and work iteratively to improve them
Work collaboratively with the creative team to build the emotive UI layer and ensure consistency of experience
Build consistent UX/UI patterns into our multi-brand design system
Provide outstanding communications throughout Quantum on your roadmap, priorities and progress

Experience of iGaming, SEO/Publishing, Affiliate marketing a bonus but not essential
