Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to improve supplier and customer on-time delivery
Ensure timely completion of all material and subcontract milestones
Manage material and subcontract budgets; drive actions to improve financial performance
Act as the primary liaison between Supply Chain and other functions for key products/programs
Analyze key performance indicators and lead continuous improvement initiatives
Lead cross‑functional teams in a matrixed environment
Develop supply chain estimates using risk and opportunity frameworks for best-case, most‑likely, and worst-case scenarios
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations (e.g., Controlled Goods Program, PSPC procurement guidelines)
Support Program Finance in quarterly financial reporting against the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), short-term forecasts, and Estimates to Complete (ETC)
Align ITB/Offset activities with the Industrial Participation group
Ensure customer requirements are communicated and documented throughout the supply base Manage supplier performance and relationships
Lead supplier recovery strategies and communicate critical issues with solution-focused actions
Essential Functions Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience; or graduate degree and a minimum of 7 years of related experience
Experience in supply chain and program management across the product lifecycle (e.g., SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, PRR)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience managing internal leadership and cross‑functional teams
Experience with new business proposals and competitive/sole-source pursuits
Proven leadership and management capabilities
Subcontractor management from development through production
Ability to break down complex issues into actionable strategies
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and control account management
Familiarity with EU / Italian procurement and export control regulations (e.g., Controlled Goods Program, PSPC, ITAR equivalency)
