Senior Dev Ops Engineer (Remote within Romania)

What You'll Be Doing
Architecting and implementing sophisticated cloud-native infrastructure solutions on AWS.
Driving and promoting a strong Dev Ops culture across the organization.
Enabling feature teams to seamlessly deliver from development through to production.
Leading incident resolution efforts and driving continuous improvement to prevent recurrence.
Developing automation to manage cloud infrastructure and streamline delivery pipelines.
Shaping a superior developer experience that supports rapid and reliable feature deployment.
Ensuring the platform meets rigorous security standards by applying industry best practices.
Actively participating as an integral member of our agile development teams, fostering an agile mindset and a culture of change throughout the company.
What You'll Bring Along
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Solid expertise with AWS infrastructure components including EC2, RDS, S3, SQS, and more.
Strong hands‑on experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Proficiency with tools such as Git Hub, Jenkins, Helm, ArgoCD, Crossplane, and Terraform.
Deep understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Git Ops principles.
Experience building and maintaining real‑time application monitoring and troubleshooting with tools like Dynatrace and Prometheus.
Ideally, familiarity with service mesh technologies such as Istio.
A passion for staying current on cloud‑native trends, tools, and frameworks to keep our platform cutting‑edge.
A collaborative mindset, eager to share knowledge and coach teammates rather than working in isolation.
Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
