We are expanding our capabilities in Conversational AI, building intelligent assistants across voice and text channels—web, mobile apps, Whats App, Microsoft Teams—using cutting-edge technologies like Generative AI (GPT) and platforms such as Dialogflow CX, Bot Framework Composer, Watson Assistant, and Cognigy.
What You'll Be Doing
Performing technical and functional analysis of requirements.
Designing and implementing conversational assistants tailored to client needs.
Ensuring solutions align with industry best practices and emerging trends.
Leading and mentoring team members in developing solutions and building capabilities.
Overseeing the construction, testing, and documentation of solution components.
Presenting and defending technical decisions and solution models to both internal teams and clients.
Participating in project planning and estimation, contributing to delivery strategy.
What You'll Bring Along
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience developing microservices.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Node.js, Type Script, JavaScript, or Python.
Experience working with SQL and No
SQL databases.
Hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure.
Ability to work independently with stakeholders and propose effective solutions.
Experience with virtual assistants, AI, machine learning, and NLP algorithms is highly valued.
Knowledge of NLU technologies (e.g., Dialogflow, IBM Watson, Amazon Lex) is a plus.
Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
A proactive and collaborative mindset.
Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
