Accountabilities   Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs that support high‑performance security solutions
Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to define architecture, requirements, and technical trade‑offs
Optimize system performance, scalability, and security through clean code, reviews, and best engineering practices
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues while minimizing downtime and operational risk
Contribute to system evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives across the backend stack
Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and technical growth within the team
Requirements   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in backend development for scalable, production‑grade systems
Strong proficiency with Node.js and backend application development
Solid experience working with both SQL and No

SQL database technologies
Familiarity with cloud‑based environments and microservices architectures
Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for clean, maintainable, and secure code
