Support Worker – Bolsover, Chesterfield – £12.22 per hour, up to £13.22 with enhancements

Shifts on a rota basis: 7:30 am – 2:30 pm, 2:30 pm – 9:30 pm and 9:30 pm – 7:30 am. Must be flexible to cover Monday through Sunday.

Our ABI (Acquired Brain Injury) service at Markham House in Bolsover, Chesterfield is a welcoming and friendly environment, where no two days will be the same! You’ll enhance the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support in local restaurants and attending appointments, the next you could be unwinding with them playing video games, watching films or going to the cinema.

About

The Role

We’re looking for Support Workers who have both the right experience and the right values. Our Support Workers should hold a full UK driving licence, be resilient, flexible and composed in their approach, have experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice, and experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex individuals with mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds and challenging behaviours.
