Retail Assistant - Part Time, Evenings & Weekends

Farmfoods is seeking a Retail Assistant to join our shop in Bolsover, Derbyshire. The role is permanent part‑time, requiring a minimum of 12 hours across 3 days each week, including weekends.

• Ages 16‑20: £10.10 per hour
• Ages 21+: £12.31 per hour

• Make customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and simple greeting.
• Help customers find items they are looking for.
• Provide fast and friendly service at the tills, offer help with packing, and give a positive goodbye.
• Handle stock carefully while working deliveries, quickly placing products into freezers and onto shelves.
• Work with team to complete daily and weekly routines that keep the shop safe, clean and tidy.

• A friendly, positive, hard‑working approach to work.
• Enthusiasm for busy work; able to juggle deliveries, till service, customer assistance, cleaning and stock rotation.
• Reliability; essential to a small team; deliver best on each shift.
• Flexibility with shifts; ability to adapt if colleagues need coverage.
