Range: $90,000-$140,000

Vacancy: ADD

• Lead the project from the initial Product Development Request through Production Release via the Husky Stage Gate Process.
• Continuously drive the project forward; lead the team to overcome challenges and escalatate roadblocks through Red Flag meetings as required.
• Develop the project plan with a well‑defined scope, deliverables, schedule, and resource requirements.
• Ensure project milestones and objectives are completed on time and meet customer expectations; track progress, costs, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Provide the Integrated Project Team (IPT) with clear scope, risk mitigation and contingency plans, quality control, and facilitate problem‑solving initiatives.
• Coordinate with marketing, engineering, operations, and sales to identify and allocate resources for each deliverable and task within the project, including all product release process elements.
• Build strong working relationships and promote team effort to ensure effective use of all resources and positive conflict resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement activities within the Husky PMO to improve efficiency.

• Strong organizational and project management skills; knowledge of project management processes.
• Strong understanding of the Stage Gate business process and the product release process.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
• Strong financial knowledge and insight.
• Strong negotiation, facilitation, conflict management skills and the ability to professionally interact with all team members.
• Utilize quality processes, tools and techniques such as Value Stream Mapping, Affinity Diagrams, Brainstorming, Design of Experience, Gantt Charts, Pareto Diagrams, Cause and Effect diagrams, FMEA, and QFD.
• Plastic industry and market knowledge;
  Husky‑specific knowledge is an asset.
• Broad exposure to design engineering and product launches.
• Knowledge of injection molding machinery and related mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic technologies.

• Post‑secondary education (Bachelor of Engineering degree preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Certification as a Project Management Professional or willingness to pursue certification.

• Minimum 7 years project management experience including scheduling and budget responsibilities.
• Proven track record in managing large‑scale product launch projects within a global organization.
• Strong financial knowledge and insight is an asset.
• Product development experience with both internal and external resources.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into practical business solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders across multiple levels and functions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change, manage competing priorities, and deliver results under tight deadlines in a global environment.
