The role focuses on developing and managing IoT systems and overseeing installation of IIoT devices and networks in industrial settings to ensure data collection and processing efficiency within the Husky Advantage+Elite monitoring system.

• Design, develop, and implement IoT devices and systems with software and network interfaces.
• Create robust IoT architectures ensuring secure and reliable data flow between devices and platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, hardware engineers, data scientists) to define system requirements and deliver IoT solutions.
• Conduct research and development to explore new IoT technologies, platforms, and methodologies to drive innovation.
• Test and validate IoT systems to ensure stability, efficiency, security, and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards related to data privacy, security, and device interoperability.

• Data-driven, systematic approach to problem solving.
• Ability to work with new and evolving technologies.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work independently; professional interaction with customers.
• Ability to interface effectively across manufacturing, engineering and service functions.
• Specialized knowledge of networking products, tools, standards, processes and technology.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical/Controls/Software Engineering preferred, or equivalent.

• 3+ years of design experience in a relevant industry.
