Production Engineer

The Production Engineer is responsible for optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring that all operations run safely and effectively.

Developing workflows, tooling, layouts, and continuous process improvements that maximize quality, productivity and minimize waste.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team.

This role will support both R&D initiatives and production engineering activities, providing hands‑on involvement in process improvement, product development,

and day‑to‑day technical support.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to a dynamic production environment and contribute to projects that drive innovation and efficiency within our conformal coating,

potting and low pressure molding operations.

• Plan and coordinate production engineering processes on a daily basis to produce high quality results.
• Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.
• Develop operational strategies to achieve quality, production and financial objectives.
• Identify unsafe, inefficient operations and practices and report the same to Manager immediately.
• Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees.
• Provide support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum efficiency, quality / production.
• Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages.
• Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.
• Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.
• Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production activities.
• Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals.
• Stay current with equipment, product specifications, engineering technology and production processes.
• Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.
• Investigate problems, analyze RCCA and derive cost effective resolutions.
• Aid in budget preparation and monitor expenses and profitability.
