Key Responsibilities- Deploy the Global Husky production system and associated tools to eliminate waste through lean methodologies.
- Maintain BU CI data and update website/SharePoint repository.
- Prepare and lead monthly and annual CI reports.
- Manage savings tracking and forecasting; create reports to meet yearly CI commitments.
- Lead key CI initiatives focused on process improvements and waste elimination; track and report progress.
- Manage value stream mapping to define present and future states and develop tactical plans.
- Manage customer feedback methodology and set improvement targets.
- Assist in root‑cause analysis for critical customer and production issues.
- Ensure BU has a yearly CI training plan; track and schedule training.
- Monitor BU KPI performance; apply CI to KPI’s.
- Participate in BU strategic planning and yearly goal setting.
- Ensure visual factory standards are in place and monitored.
- Audit value streams for CI standard compliance.
- Introduce new hires to CI during onboarding.
- Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with at least 3 years of Six Sigma experience.
- Minimum 3 years experience in process reengineering, business consulting and project management.
- Deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, Kaizen, 5S and Value Stream Mapping.
- Experience with root cause analysis tools and statistical process control.
- Proven ability to lead change and motivate at all organization levels.
- Proven ability to work in a matrixed, cross‑functional organization with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong coaching and presentation skills.
- Hands‑on presence on the production floor.
- Results‑oriented with focus on safety, quality and efficiency.
