An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and meticulous individual to join a market leading business as an Accounts Assistant. This role offers the chance to support the Accountant/Accounts function in all aspects of the department.
What you'll do:
Provide comprehensive support to the Accountant/Accounts functionHandle general accounts administration tasks such as dealing with correspondents, filing, and updating recordsManage balance sheet controls effectivelyTake charge of credit control within the departmentEnsure accurate reconciling of accounts on a regular basisWork collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the departmentWhat you'll bring:
Proven background in accounts with a good understanding of the roleExperience working within a Car Dealership would be beneficial but not essentialAAT qualification would be preferable but not essentialStrong administrative skills with attention to detailAbility to manage balance sheet controls effectivelyExperience in credit control and account reconciliationAdditional Benefits:
