This role would suit an organised, proactive administrator with previous motor trade experience who enjoys working in a customer-focused environment. It is ideal for someone confident handling enquiries, managing documentation and supporting sales processes, who takes pride in accuracy, efficiency and delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
Handling general administration duties within a busy workshop
Answering incoming calls and managing customer enquiries
Preparing and issuing quotations
Managing sales administration and documentation
Raising invoices and maintaining accurate records Benefits
Competitive salary depending on experience
25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays
Four-day working week (Monday to Thursday, 7am-6pm)

£32,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
