This is a hands‑on leadership role where you set the pace, drive productivity, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied.

• Lead, support, and motivate a skilled Technician team
• Own workshop loading, quality control, and first‑time fixes
• Work closely with Service Advisors to keep customers informed
• Improve workflow, efficiency, and profitability every day
• Ensure H&S and manufacturer standards are consistently met

• Proven experience in workshop control or aftersales leadership
• A focus on productivity, efficiency, and exceptional customer care
• Strong understanding of dealership and manufacturer processes
