They are looking to hire an ambitious Field-Based Asset Finance Broker to join their expanding team. This is a client-facing role that requires someone with industry experience, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of delivering results. You will be responsible for sourcing, structuring, and closing asset finance deals while providing outstanding service to SME clients, suppliers, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME clients, suppliers, and vendors within your region
• Proactively source new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market knowledge
• Structure, negotiate, and present finance solutions tailored to client needs
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to documentation and completion
• Stay up to date with market trends, lender appetite, and regulatory requirements
• Hit personal sales targets while contributing to overall business growth
