A reputable Northwest main contractor specialising in commercial fit‑out, refurbishment and M&E works is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to strengthen its commercial team.

The business operates across the office, education and wider commercial sectors, delivering Cat A and Cat B fit‑out projects ranging from £500,000 up to £6.5 m. With a strong pipeline of work and a commitment to quality delivery, this role offers long‑term career progression and the opportunity to take commercial ownership of multiple projects across the region.

Lead the commercial management of projects from initial tender through to final account.

Prepare, review and manage project budgets, cost plans and cash flow forecasts.

Procure subcontractors and suppliers, including preparation of tender packages and evaluation of returns.

Negotiate, agree and administer contracts in line with company procedures.

Manage valuations, applications for payment, variations and change control processes.
