Junior Estimator

Overview

Are you a Junior Estimator with experience in fit out projects, looking to join a well established/rapidly growing business that will double in size within the next year. Regional contractor that specialise in fit out, refurbishment, M&E, construction & maintenance. They work with several blue-chip clients and main/sub-contractors along with various government agencies, and housing associations nationally.

• Help produce detailed quotations, raise purchase orders, manage project budgets and approve supplier invoices.
• Assist in develop cost estimates for projects, covering labour, materials, plant, and subcontractor costs
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for M&E/Fabric/Fit-Out projects.
• Develop comprehensive and accurate estimations & presentations.

• Experience 3-5 Years.
• Relevant construction related degree or qualification.
• Experience on projects from £50K - £2.5m.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with Fitout/Refurbishment
• Maintain current knowledge of industry pricing, regulations, and best practices

• Negotiable Base Salary (dependent on experience) £35k
