We are seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join our team in a full‑time, on‑site position based in North‑West, South Africa. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost estimation, project budgeting, tendering processes, and contract administration. In this role, you will monitor project progress, assess financial risks, evaluate contractor performance, and ensure that projects are delivered within budget and aligned with client requirements.

Collaboration with multiple stakeholders to maintain cost efficiency, reporting, and ensuring compliance with contract terms are also key responsibilities.

• Proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management
• Strong knowledge of tendering processes and contract administration
• Analytical and mathematical skills, with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate with stakeholders
• Proven organizational and time‑management abilities to meet project deadlines
• Proficiency in construction industry standards and relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar)
• Professional experience in highways and civil works is an advantage
• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
