We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance & Engineering team within our Adhesives business unit based in the Netherlands.

In this position you ensure that our installations and equipment operate smoothly, contributing to an efficient production process. Your expertise in technical maintenance and troubleshooting helps minimize downtime and ensures safety and reliability across operations.

• Troubleshooting and Repairs:
  Locate and resolve malfunctions, perform (emergency) repairs, and ensure optimal equipment functionality.
• Periodic Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance and inspections in mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Collaboration with External Parties: Assist with repairs and maintenance performed by external contractors.
• Propose Improvements: Suggest enhancements and alternative solutions for technical challenges.
• Documentation: Record changes in diagrams, drawings, and software.
• Project Support: Assist with modifications and installations of new machinery in collaboration with engineering colleagues.
• Tool Maintenance: Ensure tools and equipment within the department are in optimal condition.

Your team:

You will report directly to the Manager Maintenance & Engineering and work closely with a dedicated maintenance team and our operations-team.

• Education
  : MBO4-level in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a similar field of expertise.
• Experience
  :
  Minimum 2 years in a similar role within a production environment.
• Technical Skills
  :
  Proficiency in SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Languages
  :
  Dutch
• Core Skills
  :
  Proactive, problem‑solving, detail‑oriented, and able to work under pressure. Hands‑on mentality, responsbile, integer.

  Goes, the Netherlands
• Working Hours
  :
  Full‑time, 39 hours per week, in 2 shifts.
