Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a professional, competent, and engaged gaming team.
• Deliver Grosvenor gaming yields and handle growth while maintaining margin efficiency; deliver Poker growth where applicable.
• Plan and manage resources to meet operational demand within the gaming team.
• Utilise Tangam Management software and collaborate with central teams to drive performance.
• Recruit, train, and develop the gaming team; drive high standards of customer service within the Gaming team.
• Analyse table data to maintain an efficient and profitable gaming operation.
• Ensure smooth running of the casino and take decisions in the absence of the General Manager.
• Oversee daily management of all casino gaming operations, including Poker where applicable.
• Uphold the company’s commitment to protecting young and vulnerable people and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Exceptional knowledge of UK gaming activities with proven success in achieving sales and yield targets.
• Current PML Licence.
• Proven ability to lead a team, communicate standards and targets for a successful casino operation.
