You'll be an enthusiastic and driven individual, with high attention to detail and great people skills.

• First point of contact for Fluent customers, providing expert guidance and support.
• Conduct initial fact-find calls to gather essential data for qualified mortgage advisers.
• Assess suitability and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Follow up on leads and provide timely updates to customers.
• Maintain high-performance standards and stay up-to-date with industry regulations.
