We are seeking an experienced and strategic Social Work
Lead Team Manager to head the Learning and Development Team in Bolton. Build effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to broaden learning opportunities.

Monitor, report, and analyse learning outcomes, compliance, and impact.

Manage budgets and resources for the Learning and Development Team.

Significant experience in learning and development, organisational development, or a related field
.

Proven leadership and management skills, including team and budget oversight.

Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience evaluating learning interventions and demonstrating measurable impact.

Up-to-date knowledge of workforce development trends and adult learning best practices.

Professional qualification in Learning and Development, HR, or related discipline
.

Experience in a local authority or public sector environment
.

Familiarity with digital learning platforms and innovative training methodologies.

Occasional travel across Bolton may be required.
