Home Manager – Advinia Health Care
Advinia Health Care is recruiting a full-time Registered Home Manager to manage Millview Care Home in Bolton. Millview Care Home is a large home specializing in elderly care and dementia. The role involves ensuring the highest quality of care for residents by developing and leading a caring and motivated team.
Essential Responsibilities & Qualifications- Experience managing a similar sized home – preferable.
- Passionate about dementia care.
- Experience providing and reviewing care assessments and plans in accordance with CI requirements.
- Experience recruiting, developing, and managing a team.
- Experience managing budgets and working towards financial targets.
- Capable of increasing occupancy and marketing the home as a brand.
- Excellent communication skills – confident working with local authorities and building new contacts.
