Production Operatives
Bolton BL1
Temporary ongoing
Pay:
12.21 to 15.87 per hour
Shifts:
- Days. Monday to Thursday. 6am to 6pm
- Nights. Monday to Thursday. 6pm to 6am
- Training. Monday to Friday. 7.30am to 4.30pm. Friday finish 1.30pm
The role:
Work in a modern production site with clean processes and lightweight materials. You assemble small components, inspect quality, punch and bend parts, and keep output on target.
Your duties:
- Complete repetitive line work with focus and pace
- Inspect products and correct minor defects
- Operate production machinery safely
- Keep your area clean and organised
- Hit performance and safety targets every shift
Who fits this role:
- At least 6 months production or factory experience preferred
- Clear communication skills
- Strong focus and stamina for fast-paced work
- Reliable attendance and teamwork
- Comfortable working to targets
