CNC Miller

Due to a continued growth we are recruiting a CNC Miller to join our leading client based near Walkden on a permanent basis. Successful candidates will be time served to ensure that jobs are manufactured in accordance with supplied technical drawings and specifications.

Candidates will be required to Set and operate a range of CNC Millers utilising Mazatrol controls. ( Candidates with experience using Fanuc will also be considered)

Candidate will have worked with a variety of materials including Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Mild Steel and some exotics such as Inconel.

Hours – 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday 07 : 00 - 15 : 00 .

Overtime paid at premium rates.

The Ideal candidates will have :

• Experience working within a machine shop environment machining components to fine tolerances
• The ability to edit programmes , set and operate CNC Millers utilising Mazatrol controls
• The ability to read, understand and work to engineering drawings.

• Ideally Time-served with demonstrable experience programming and operating CNC Millers working to very tight tolerances.
• Experience using Mazatrol controls - Experience with Fanuc will also be considered.
• Experience working with a range of materials including Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Mild Steel and Plastics such as PTFE.
