CNC Turner
LocationBolton
Salary£36,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Metalis are currently working with a global engineering business, who are looking for a skilled CNC Turner to join their team.
Job Duties- Set, operate and program CNC Lathes
- Read and work from engineering drawings
- Edit Fanuc G/M codes
- Carry out quality checks on machine parts and components
- Work on one‑offs through to large production runs
- Machining a wide range of engineering plastics
- Working in a cell of 5 people supported by apprentices
- Apprentice trained
- Experience with Fanuc or Haas ISO programming
- Manual turning experience (desired)
- £36,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Monday to Thursday, 4 pm – 2 am (some flexibility is available)
- Overtime available and paid at 1.5×
