Bridgewater Laminate Products Ltd is a busy, growing joinery manufacturer specialising in high-quality laminate products for commercial interiors. We produce items such as IPS duct panels, vanity units, lockers, benching and bespoke joinery for projects across the UK.

We’re looking for an experienced Bench Joiner / Cabinet Maker to join our workshop team. This role is ideal for someone confident on the bench who wants to develop further by learning and operating machinery as part of their day-to-day work.

• Bench manufacturing of laminate and timber-based joinery items
• Reading and working from drawings, cutting lists, and job specs
• Assembling, finishing, and preparing products to a high standard
• Learning to safely use workshop machinery (training provided), such as:
• Panel saw / beam saw
• Edge bander
• CNC (where suitable)
• Pillar drill / spindle moulder / sanding equipment
• Working to production schedules while maintaining quality and attention to detail
• Keeping a tidy, safe workstation and following H&S procedures
