Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Culture
 
Train and inspire a strong front-of-house and bar team
Lead by example on the floor during service
Build a positive, inclusive and high-performance culture
Set clear standards for service, appearance and behaviour  Service & Guest Experience
 
Deliver an authentic Northern hospitality experience
Ensure Steps of Service are followed consistently
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and presentation  Operations & Performance
 
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
Manage rotas, payroll, stock control and ordering
Maintain GP, labour and overhead targets
Ensure health & safety and food hygiene compliance  Opening & Launch
 
Support with pre-opening setup, training and dry runs
Organise soft launches and opening events
Implement systems, procedures and brand standards  Skills & Experience Required
 
Previous experience as a General Manager in a busy restaurant
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent customer service mindset
Financial and commercial understanding
Passion for quality food and drink  
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
