Senior Client Services Executive

Job Overview

TAL Agency is a fast‑growing, data‑driven search agency based in Bolton. We are looking for a Senior Client Services Executive to join our team as a result of continued agency growth. This is a remote first role – four days remote, one day a week in the Bolton office.

• Building relationships with key personnel within client accounts.
• Leading client meetings and business reviews, and facilitating behind‑the‑scenes preparation across all teams.
• Monitoring sentiment and ensuring clients’ marketing KPIs are met by our internal teams.
• Reviewing performance regularly to ensure delivery is always in line with expectations.
• Supporting colleagues across the client services department and delivery teams to ensure client communications are documented with actions and queries responded to in a timely manner.
• Utilising Asana and Avaza to monitor workload and task management.
• Developing existing client accounts to increase scope of services.

• Previous experience working as an Account Executive / Account Manager.
• Possess search marketing knowledge (SEO and PPC) and ideally have previous experience working in a marketing agency.
• Comfortable communicating with clients of all levels.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Able to prioritise workload effectively and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Keen eye for attention to detail.
