Position: Adult Safeguarding Social Worker (Contract)

We’re looking for an Adult Safeguarding Social Worker to join a supportive, inclusive council team.

What You’ll Do
Provide emotional, practical, and advocacy support to vulnerable adults
Identify and respond to safeguarding concerns
Ensure the rights of adults at risk are protected
Keep accurate records and attend team and strategy meetings
Work collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies to improve outcomes
Use your compassion, critical thinking, and communication skills to make a difference

Social Work Qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW or equivalent)
Registered with Social Work England (SWE)
Experience in Adult Safeguarding or community care
