Un'agenzia per il lavoro cerca un addetto Helpdesk a Bolzano. Il candidato ideale ha esperienza di 2-3 anni nel settore e possiede un diploma in informatica. Dovrà fornire supporto agli utenti, affrontare problematiche IT quotidiane, e suggerire soluzioni ai problemi ricorrenti. È richiesta una buona conoscenza delle lingue inglese o tedesca, insieme ad abilità nel problem solving. La retribuzione annuale può arrivare fino a 35K.

È prevista formazione continua e possibilità di smart working due volte a settimana.
