Care Assistant - Complex Care

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester complex care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care they deserve. You'll be responsible for supporting residents with a variety of complex needs, including advanced or young onset dementia, multiple sclerosis, neuro rehab and Huntington's disease. The Care Assistant role involves assisting residents with daily living, providing support and companionship, and sharing great moments and memories. You'll be responsible for following care plans, ensuring residents receive one-on-one time, and supporting them with food and drink.
