As a Loan Underwriter, you will:

• Managing the entire lending process from application to drawdown, including underwriting and due diligence.
• Preparing detailed credit proposals for the Credit Committee.
• Ensuring all loan conditions are met throughout the drawdown process.
• Underwriting loans against agreed lending criteria.
• Handling broker calls and manage customer expectations.
• Liaising with internal departments and external parties to manage the lending process.
• Working closely with the Head of Underwriting to progress cases to completion.
• Coordinating with Valuation Panels and Monitoring Surveyors for quotes and inspections.
• Maintaining CRM records and ensure client/broker details are accurate.
• Building and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
