* Delivering exceptional personal care with dignity and respect

* Supporting medication administration and management in line with care plans

* Assisting with nutrition and hydration, ensuring comfort and wellbeing

* Providing support with all daily living activities

* Confidently supporting mobility, including wheelchair and rollator use

* Helping the individual access the community, social activities, and everyday experiences

* Working collaboratively within a 2:1 care model to ensure safe, consistent, high-quality care

* Creating a calm, positive, and empowering environment at all times
