Are you an experienced Conveyancer with a passion for auction transactions? We are representing a local, well-established and highly recognised firm looking to expand their residential conveyancing team with a talented Auction Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a supportive team, manage your own caseload, and contribute to the continued success of a respected firm in the area.

What you’ll be doing :

* Manage a varied caseload of residential auction sales and purchases from instruction through to completion.

* Review title packs and auction legal packs efficiently, identifying key risks and providing clear guidance.

* Maintain proactive and professional communication with clients, agents, lenders, and other third parties.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless workflow and exceptional client service.

* Ensure all files comply with regulatory standards and internal firm procedures.

* Support the ongoing development and reputation of the conveyancing team.

What we’re looking for:

* Minimum 2+ years’ residential conveyancing experience, including hands-on exposure to auction transactions.

* Ability to manage files independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.

* Strong communication and client care skills with a professional approach.

* A collaborative, proactive team player who is solution-focused and organised.
