Are you an experienced Conveyancer with a passion for auction transactions? We are representing a local, well‑established and highly recognised firm looking to expand their residential conveyancing team with a talented Auction Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a supportive team, manage your own caseload, and contribute to the continued success of a respected firm in the area.

• Manage a varied caseload of residential auction sales and purchases from instruction through to completion.
• Review title packs and auction legal packs efficiently, identifying key risks and providing clear guidance.
• Maintain proactive and professional communication with clients, agents, lenders, and other third parties.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless workflow and exceptional client service.
• Ensure all files comply with regulatory standards and internal firm procedures.
• Support the ongoing development and reputation of the conveyancing team.

• Minimum 2+ years’ residential conveyancing experience, including hands‑on exposure to auction transactions.
• Ability to manage files independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Strong communication and client care skills with a professional approach.
• A collaborative, proactive team player who is solution‑focused and organised.
