In the role of Surgery Aide‑Recovery, you will assist in direct and indirect nursing care under the supervision of licensed medical staff, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Responsibilities include rooming patients, recording vital statistics, and aiding in basic medical procedures such as collecting lab specimens and preparing patients for surgery. The fast‑paced environment demands strong adaptability and the ability to remain focused under stress.

You will work collaboratively with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare staff to maintain a seamless operation in patient turnover and care.

The Perianesthesia team at CRMC plays a critical role in ensuring safe, high‑quality care for surgical patients from pre‑operative preparation to post‑anesthesia recovery. We provide expert monitoring, pain management, and patient support during key transition points. Our team’s reassuring presence ensures patients emerge from anesthesia safely and comfortably, setting the stage for a smooth recovery.

• American Heart Association BLS within 30 days of hire
• Minnesota Nursing Assistant registration on hire OR completion of an approved nursing assistant training program within 6 months of hire

• Previous healthcare experience

The pay range is listed above. Actual pay rate offered is determined based on experience in this role.
