Location: Southport (on-site)

Package: Negotiable + Bonus + Benefits

This is a great opportunity to become a valued member of our Insurance team based in Southport. The main requirement for the role is to provide excellent levels of service to both new and existing customers, utilising strong sales and negotiation skills to ensure we maximise new business opportunities. We’re a business built on developing and progressing our team with several of our managers and directors having started out in this or a similar role.

About You
  • At least 12 months of sales or customer service experience. Insurance experience is desirable, but this is not essential and product training will be provided.
  • Good communicator with strong numerical and verbal skills.
The Day To Day
  • Deliver excellent customer service to all customers.
  • Uphold the company’s mission statement and values.
  • Responsible for the achievement of individual income target.
  • Achieve new business case count and retention targets.
  • Maximise sales opportunities by proactively selling and securing additional business.
  • Raise underwriting concerns and rate risks appropriately.
  • Accurately complete administrative tasks such as post, diary and account and insurer queries.
  • Maintain a consistent pass rate on all call observations.
  • Be aware of complaint handling and resolve minor customer complaints, following the company complaints process.
  • Liaise and build relationships with insurers and customers – both internally and externally.
  • Prioritise all client communication via phone, email and in-person to ensure high-level customer service.
