Position: Commercial Administrator (Fixed Term 12m)

The UK's oldest Fresh Pasta manufacturer is looking for a Fixed Term Commercial Administrator to join our team!

In this role, the Commercial Administrator will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the day-to-day commercial administrative tasks. Your work will support the wider Commercial team in achieving a successful sales strategy.

You will undertake and complete, as required, any administrative tasks which the Commercial team require e.g. booking meetings, arranging samples, completing Excel workbooks and Powerpoint presentations. This list is not conclusive.

Part of the role will require you to maintain all filing related to the Commercial team and its activities and to assist with the maintenance of the online shop via the Shopify platform. You will answer and respond to customer queries via the help inbox and any other queries received via telephone or post. You will also assist in the receiving of visitors by answering doorbells and signing individuals in.

The Commercial Administrator will also assist with the preparation and delivery of an exceptional customer experience when the business has visitors, including assisting with the preparation of lunches, set up of the meeting room and welcoming visitors on to site.

Aspart of the wider team, the Commercial Administrator will work with the office team to maintain a clean, well-stocked and presentable office space at all times.

Requirements

This is a fixed term contract for 12 months, with the potential for the role to become permanent.

You will be required to arrive for work at 9am, and will be required to undertake a minimum of 32- 40 hours per week, the business is open to this role being part time for a minimum of 28 hours or full time for a minimum of 40 hours. This can be discussed at interview.

You must have a full, clean UK Driving licence.
