Location: Haberdashers' Boys School (Hounslow, England)

Rate of pay: up to £14.66 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week

Term time positions available if required.

Job Description
  • Preparing a variety of goods.
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Assisting in inventory management and restocking of supplies.
  • Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of food for service.
  • Following recipes and instructions precisely to maintain consistency in product quality.
  • Participating in team efforts to improve processes and create new menu items.
Qualifications
  • Food handling certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic baking and pastry techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and late occasions.
  • Prior experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen.
  • Passion for baking and creating high‑quality desserts.
