Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Night Supervisor to join our Young People's Housing Services team. This role involves working directly with young people, including separated migrant children, and helping them build the skills and confidence they need to live independently.
Responsibilities- Provide appropriate support to the young people.
- Follow agreed support plans and risk assessments to ensure that we are providing a service that meets each individual's needs, supports their aspirations and maximises their independence. Shifts between 09:45pm and 07:15am.
- Respond to any emergencies or incidents that may affect safety or welfare of the young people or the standing of the project in the community, sleeping between midnight and 07:00am.
- Work shifts as part of a rota system, including weekend and bank holiday working.
- Work as part of a team to deliver an excellent service to the people we support.
- Be flexible in your approach to work.
- Have a commitment to equality and diversity and take a positive approach to supporting people.
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work.
- Experience is desirable but not essential.
Part time – 22.16 hours per week – £14,520pa (Fixed Term Contract until 31st July 2026).
Benefits- Generous annual leave allowance of 33 days per year, including statutory bank holidays, rising to 35 days with service (pro rata).
