Electrical Shift Engineer (Continental, Days & Nights) FM Service Provider Commercial Office Liverpool Street- £53,000 CBW is currently recruiting for a Electrical Shift Engineer to be based in a large office in Liverpool Street. My client is a well established FM provider that is privately owned and has more than 20 years experience providing a range of FM hard services across London and the home counties.

They specialise within mechanical, electrical and refrigeration engineering. The building is a large 15 storey building working in the heart of London. The building is based near Liverpool street station and the Elizabeth line. This building offers the best in class offices state of the art equipment and a great working environment. It is a short walk to local gyms great for lunch breaks or after work, barbers shops nearby for that fresh look and great places to eat locally.

In return my client if offeringa competitive salary of up to £53,000, plenty of overtime available, 20 days holiday, further training and further career progression, 3% pension. and health care. Duties Electrical - Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution) Generators Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings Emergency lighting Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) Chillers - Re-set BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds) UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings Overseeing 4 engineers and 1 contracts manager Hours of work Days and Nights - 07:00 - 19:00 / 19:00 - 07:00 Requirements Electrically Qualified City & Guilds - Level 2 & 3 City & Guilds - 17th or 18th Edition A proven track record in Building Maintenance working Good Communication Skills.
