A major supplier of chilled, frozen, and ready-to-eat produce for the UK retail and food-service industry is seeking a Multiskilled Engineer to join its engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity within a fast-paced manufacturing environment where reliability, quality, and continuous improvement are at the core of operations.

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of factory machinery.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns to support production and minimise downtime.
• Work with conveyor systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic 3-phase electrics.
• Maintain accurate engineering and maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with strict Health & Safety and food-safety standards.

• Proven multiskilled engineering experience within manufacturing or food production.
• Strong understanding of conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and 3-phase systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proactive, safety-focused, and able to perform effectively under pressure.

• 4 on / 4 off days
• 4 on / 4 off nights
• Salary: £43,000-£48,000 + overtime
