Supply Chain Governance Specialist – Allianz UK

Purpose:

Lead on Supply Chain Governance for the Procurement & Supplier Management Function, ensuring governance frameworks and processes meet regulatory requirements and Allianz Group policies.

• Support procurement, supplier management and business owners in implementing governance frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Allianz Group Functional Rules, Standards and Policies.
• Facilitate Outsourcing notifications to regulatory supervisory authorities within stipulated timelines.
• Maintain an accurate third‑party inventory with relevant regulatory detail.
• Support compliance checks of procurement processes.
• Review and update governance documents and templates.
• Develop knowledge of relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Develop knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles and best practices.

Circa £40,000, based on experience and location, part of total reward package.
