An award winning developer with an enviable reputation within the Construction industry have a great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, based from their offices near Bournemouth, Hampshire.

The company have been around for a number of decades and have a great reputation for delivering new build apartments Nationwide. They have won numerous awards for their work over the years, including 5-star ratings for customer satisfaction.

They have a number of new schemes currently ongoing and a huge pipeline of work, and as a result they are looking to strengthen their commercial team by bringing in an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Developments generally range between 40 and 60 units, and are built with a mix of RC frame, timber frame and traditional build. They are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong track record working on new build residential apartments from inception through to completion.

Senior Quantity Surveyor:

• Ideally Degree qualified
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience working for a reputable house builder
• New build residential project experience is essential (apartments)
• Able to work on multiple projects autonomously
• Excellent all round commercial skills
• Full UK Drivers Licence
