We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Estimator to join an established main contractor based in Bournemouth. The business is long established and undertakes projects across a variety of sectors including new build, refurbishment and fit‑out. As a result of continued success in their fit‑out divisoon, they're now looking to bring a Senior Estimator into the team.

As Senior Estimator, you will be playing a vital part of the pre‑construction team, independently tendering fit‑out projects for a number of bluechip clients. You will be reporting into a Pre‑Construction Manager.

• Independently tender projects valuing up to £10mil.
• Be involved in projects from initial conception
• Report into the Pre-Construction Manager
• Be responsible for the mentoring of more junior members of staff

• Be able to price from first principles
• Have worked within a main contractor in the role of Estimator
• Live in a commutable distance to Bournemouth and be happy to travel to office / site when required.

• Salary:
  Up to £75k
