About The Role
Team Member Active Engagement
Working Pattern - Hybrid 2 days per week in the Vitality Bournemouth Office. Full time, 35 hours per week.

- Insight‑Driven Design – Ability to interpret research findings and translate them into actionable design improvements
- Stakeholder Communication – Strong capability to present design rationale and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
As a Product Designer at Vitality, you’ll play a key role in crafting intuitive, user‑focused experiences that make a real impact. You’ll thrive in a fast‑paced environment where rapid prototyping, testing, and iteration are part of the journey. You will collaborate closely with product teams and stakeholders to turn user journeys into seamless, purposeful interactions aligned with our vision.
Key Actions- Responsible for ideation and iteration of designs and concepts for user experiences across digital journeys, via wireframes, high fidelity mock‑ups, prototypes, and user flows
